Branding, website and back office system to allow the review and deployment of sandbox visualisations with abstract #STEM concepts. A collaborative project with a team of students from the ImpVis course, Imperial College London.
We combined Brand + Digital to launch the new website for ImpVis, Imperial College London, bringing to life 100s of visualisations with Digital Transformation. The project included branding, website and back office system to allow the review and deployment of sandbox visualisations with abstract STEM concepts.
A perfect fit for our Brand + Digital methodology, over the lifetime of the course, many visualisations had been built, but due to the nature of various approaches to the coding of them, involving numerous workflows, uploading them to their old website was often unsuccessful, with some platforms not supported and the manual review process was disjointed and becoming increasingly difficult to manage.
We created an interactive and dynamic identity that brings the brand to life through a series of animated graphics, typography and logo transitions.
A responsive, simple, clean website, featuring visualisations from the STEM students.
We conducted a workshop and setup a collaborative workgroup so that all stakeholders had a say in how the project should run, ensuring what was built, had the buy-in of both course leaders and students. The solution was to build a back-office platform that could support views of all visualisations, spanning several years, including older technology, along with an online review process. With a flawless deployment, all visualisations are now viewable, something that our client had struggled to achieve for many years, and numerous agencies had failed to solve.
